Global COE Program - Kyoto University - In Search of Sustainable Humanosphere in Asia and Africa

Eligibility for submission

1. Faculty, young scholars and graduate students affiliated with any of the member institutions of GCOE (In Search of Sustainable Humanosphere) Program are welcome to submit your manuscripts. 
2. Manuscripts relevant to this GCOE Program and submitted via faculty and young scholars who are members of this program will also be accepted.

Language
Any language is acceptable.  In case of languages other than English, please include an English language abstract of about 200 words.

Where to submit
Please prepare your paper according to the template, and send a Word file and a PDF version (more than Adobe Acrobat Ver8) of your paper to the following address :wp_gcoecseas.kyoto-u.ac.jp

If your paper is not Word file or a PDF version (less than Acrobat Ver7), please send a print of your paper to the following address:

Printing and editing
Editorial assistance is provided as follows.
In order to save color-printing budget, it is preferable to have photos together, for example, at the end of the paper. For diagrams and graphs also, color can be used wherever necessary, but if black and white with gradation suffices, we would appreciate your cooperation.

Printing costs
GCOE will print 15 copies for record, and up to 50 copies according to the author's request.  If the author requires more than 50 copies, it will be on the author's own budget.

Web access
A list of all working papers (title, author(s), month and year of publication) in the series are posted on the GCOE web page.  Upon request from the author(s), the paper itself will be posted on web (it may also be retrieved from the web upon request from the author).

Copyright
The copyrights of all working papers are held by Center for Southeast Asian Studies and displayed inside cover. In the case of the contribution to the publication, the authors do not necessarily reflect the views of the Center for Southeast Asian Studies and follow by the policy of the publishers. Please inform us if the copyrights of the publication belong to the authors.
